Steve provided an awesome acoustic duo for our special day. They worked with all of our requests and learnt new songs that we wanted to be a part of the day. Not only were they very easy to work with, we found their cost very reasonable and they sounded great! Would highly recommend if you are needing live music for your next event.

After a recommendation from our wedding planner we got into contact with Steve and sent him our ideas and music wishes for our wedding night. Steve was very helpful with the organisation and inlcuded our personal choices into his programme. When we arrived at the reception everything had been set up already and all we needed to do was enjoy the music. During dinner Steve played the guitar and afterwards changed into a DJ. Our guests loved the music and soon after dinner they were all on the dance floor. We would like to thank Steve that he helped to make our wedding night such an unforgettable night and that he even stayed longer than booked as our guests had such a great time on the dance floor.

My Husband Daniel and myself flew from Adelaide to Palm Cove to celebrate our wedding,  for our special day we wanted something small and intimate which allowed everyone one to relax and enjoy themselves. We wanted entertainment to suit this theme, Daniel and i organised our entire wedding via the internet which was for most things was straight forward and easy, however, finding a wedding singer was one of the harder tasks. Having searched for weeks without any success and buyer beware there are many entertainers in Palm Cove who want to charge a fortune as soon as you mention wedding, we came across Steve. Daniel and I both thought Steve sounded great on the internet and therefore would be even better live. Steve by far exceeded all our expectations with an amazing voice and a genuine passion for what he does, Steve is an extremely talented artist and I cannot praise him enough. When I asked Steve why he charged less than others he simply stated modestly “I love what i do and cannot justify charging what some others do” Steve made our night, he sang a variety songs from past hits to current chart numbers. His ability to sing anything and everything from love ballads to Cold Chisel ensures he will suit everyone’s music tastes for any occasion, you will not be disappointed Thank you once again Steve we hope to see you performing around Palm Cove next time we come up.

Hi Steve, The Rockmans trio performance at our wedding was just perfect! I left the music choice in your hands and your selection of songs couldn’t have been any better – you chose the perfect songs to play over dinner and yet built the atmosphere up to have everyone on the dance floor (both young and old) by the end of the night. As Wayne and I left the reception prior to your finishing time, my guests reported back the day after the wedding that they had an awesome time dancing the night away and even requested an encore. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Steve Rockman and the amazing job he did on our wedding day. Planning a destination wedding in FNQ from Sydney, we researched and ‘you tubed’ and liked what we saw when we listened to Steve’s you tube videos. But the you tube clips just don’t capture the feeling that Steve creates with his music on your wedding day. Steve learned to play an instrumental version of a Beatles song for my ceremony entrance and my guests actually thought it was being played through an iPod. He is THAT good! And no ask was too much trouble for Steve. I changed my first dance and ceremony entrance song several times and Steve was always accommodating. The other great thing about hiring someone as professional as Steve, is that his repertoire is extensive and beyond that, he will actually learn new songs for your special day. And trust me, he will make it sound like he’s been playing your favourite song for years! Package wise, we chose to have Steve play acoustic music for our ceremony – absolutely the best decision we made. Having a live musician play at your ceremony made it so magical. For our reception, Steve was accompanied by another talented musician as part of a duo. Together, the duo created an awesome vibe and they made our night absolutely perfect – we had the best night! And not only were we impressed, but our wedding guests were commenting on how great the band was all night! Guest compliments speak volumes! We are so thankful that we chose a musician as talented as Steve to be part of our special day. He was absolutely the right musician to make our day perfect. Very happy newlyweds,
